Mission 1 Keep myself busy & avoid the loneliness: This was a definite success yesterday- I met up with a friend for coffee and then went shopping.
Mission 2 get lots of stuff done: I was actually good and did lots of laundry and washing up- wow.
Mission 3 Exercise: Sadly this didn’t happen (again!) I did a bit of toning here and there but didn’t really have enough time in the evening.
