Along with the arm section in Tracy Anderson’s Matt DVD, I’d say these two are probably the best arm workouts you can find, you only need to see how much the man in struggling in this routine to realising how challenging it is! Once again I only use 1lb weights for this as I’m terrified of the dreaded bulk!
