How to get a body like Gwyneth Paltrow 2/3

Tracy Anderson Mat Workout

Gwyneth Paltrow did Tracy Anderson’s Mat DVD when Tracy was unavailable to work out with her personally. Even though this is Tracy’s first full length mat/toning/muscular structure DVD it’s REALLY good, you’ll get a satisfying full body workout and the arm section is probably one of the best out of all her DVDs.

Time: 77 minutes (if you repeat the arm section twice- which you should do!)
Areas worked: Arms, stomach and legs
Equipment needed: 1lb weights & a chair

Tracy Anderson Gwyneth Paltrow Leg Workout

Time: 38 minutes
Areas worked: Legs
Equipment needed: Ankle weights and a chair

Tracy Anderson sent Gwyneth Paltrow the following workout video as a bonus leg workout to tag on the end of her workout after completing her Mat Workout and Dance Aerobics, so if you follow what Gwyneth did and complete the leg workout after the Mat workout this is what a breakdown of your toning workout should look like:

Time: 115 minutes
Areas worked: Arms, stomach and legs
Equipment needed: 1lb weights, a chair & ankle weights

Why in Hells teeth would any woman want a body like that, I’m pretty sure that most men wouldn’t want to be faced with a bird who seems to have made it out of Belsen alive

      Hi Steve,

Thanks for your comment! Woman (or “birds”) like lots of different of different body types so this is how to achieve a certain kind of figure. Maybe this isn’t your personal preference, but I’m sure some men or even women would be attracted to this- wow think not all women are just trying to look a certain way to attract a man or even a woman! I’m sure you’ve got a great body though that all “birds” and “blokes” (I couldn’t think of a derogatory term for men) would lust after.

Not everyone wants to sculpt their body for the opposite sex (or for anyone for that matter). I take care of my body for myself, just like Gwyneth does… because it’s important to love yourself. She’s also genetically long and lean so she’s owning that – aren’t men always saying women should be confident? Yet here you are giving her a hard time for her NATURAL body type. She’s just keeping in shape. I do think everybody should be able to express their opinion, but it’s not really nice to bash someone for their natural shape or their personal preference. Nobody is bashing you for liking a different shaped woman. If you have a long, lean body type… you’re never gonna have curvy hips or big boobs. And if you’re curvy like Beyonce, you’re never gonna be like Gwyneth… so why hate it? Own it. That’s why Gwyneth is a role model – she owns her shape. Many women like what Tracy Anderson does for their body – she keeps them healthy and fit, so what does it matter to you?
