This is a great DVD for those who are having difficulty with some of the harder dance routines. The DVD begins with a 5 minute warm up:
Followed by four dance cardio routines, each introduced by a different trainer- Tracy, Anna, Stacey and Maria, which is a refreshing change to the usual format of Tracy Anderson Cardio DVDs. The total time for the whole cardio sections, not including the demonstration is 24 minutes and no special equipment is needed.
