Today’s post is inspired by my shopping trip yesterday. I am going to a wedding in June and need a new outfit, I have a few go-to dresses in my wardrobe from Mango, Karen Millen:
I bought this dress because it’s gorg and also because it reminded me of the Roberto Cavalli creation that Victoria Beckham wore
My third go to fancy occasion dress is from Topshop:
Much like Kate Middleton I have recycled these outfits, but as now I have worn the same outfit to 3 different big occasions I think it’s time I bought something new. I think I may have found the one…
It’s from Reiss, I tried it on in a 10 & a 6- both too big so I have ordered a size FOUR. I personally find it unbelievable that I’m now classified as a US size zero. It seems that “luxury” brands may be a little generous with their clothing sizes. Has anyone else found this?
Despite my fiance being a Reiss addict this is my first dalliance with brand and as it’s a favourite with Kate Middleton it made me think about writing a post about being ladylike including her style.
Whereas in days gone by looking polished and lady like was the general uniform, today it seems to be the rarity. It’s so easy to do grunge or indie without even really trying, being polished to perfection is where the difficulty lies so here are some pictures to inspire you.
